He has worked on hundreds of reservoir characterization/reservoir simulation projects in North America, Russia, Indonesia, South America, North Africa, Middle East and the North Sea. Richard has held senior reservoir engineering positions at both Shell and Husky Oil. In addition to authoring and co-authoring 60+ technical papers, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary.
